Staying at this hotel was just perfect as it was cosy and had everything I needed. The room had a small balcony and a spa tube, which was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch and really set this place off. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town with so much to explore. The dining experience felt more American than Italian, but it still covered all my breakfast desires.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though clean and spacious with air conditioning, had no view to speak of. However, the service was top-notch, especially with assistance in booking activities. The location was great overall, despite minor inconveniences. My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were not only attractive and comfortable, but they also had small balconies that offered a stunning view of the main street. Watching the Misteri procession pass right under us was such a moving experience, especially on Good Friday. The hotel was huge and provided an incredible view of the beautiful city of Trapani and the blue ocean beyond. However, there was a slight issue with the service at times, detracting a bit from the overall experience.
